Hi Pat.
The Bluebird boxes I use are from the Colorado Division of Wildlife
and they are marvelously designed.
They are everything I want in a nest box. I have built and maintained a
Bluebird trail in S.E. Park County for more than 30 years. And before I
obtained these boxes from DOW I was having trouble with raccoons and other
predators. These boxes are almost predator proof and so easy to monitor and
clean. also. I make mine out of exterior plywood 3/4 inches thick and they
seem to last for ever After I got my first box from DFO, I just copied the
dimensions and made my own. Let me know if you are able to obtain this box
from DOW. Good Bluebirding, Kenney Lane From:

Subject: [Bluebird-babble] Nest Boxes

  Hi

Can anyone advise me where I can purchase good Mountain Bluebird nest
boxes (5.5 x 5.5" floor) in Colorado or through the internet? I tried NABS
but they seem to require telephone communication and that is difficult for
me in my remote area.

  Thanks in advance
