[Bluebird-babble] Question

I placed 3 bluebird houses around my property back in mid-April (a minimum of 100 feet apart, facing east to an open area, on free-standing fence posts).  I have seen a bluebird on top of one house numerous times, but no nest has been built.  Is there something I should do or check?
