[Bluebird-babble] Say's Phoebe in Bluebird Box?

Hi

I have a mystery nest in one of my bluebird boxes.  It looks like a giant Tufted Titmouse nest without any soft lining (as yet).  It pretty well fills the nest box.  I caught a glimpse of the bird leaving the nest once and it looked right for a Say's Phoebe but I am not sure.  I do have a Say's in the yard and they nested here last year.  Does anyone know if Say's Phoebes use bluebird boxes?

I also have  (I only have 4 boxes up for this year)
5 young Mountain Bluebirds (born ca. May 20)
5 half grown Tufted Titmice young
1 Violet-green Swallow started to build two days ago
