Please join us for an Audubon Center Celebration 

September 30 at 6pm 

Dedication of the Lois Webster Outdoor Classroom 

Followed by a program with Native American Dancers & Drummer

 

Tour the renovated Audubon Center facilities and celebrate the completion of
Phase 2 of the Audubon Center capital project as well as our 37th
anniversary!

 

The Native American cultural program will be presented by Jessica
Bordeaux-Vigil, "White Buffalo Calf Woman," and the Lakota / Dakota dancers
and drummer. They will perform women's traditional buckskin dance,
traditional cloth dress style dance and the jingle dress style dance. Kenny
Little will present music from traditional social songs.

 

The event is free and open to the public. The Audubon Center at Chatfield is
located on Waterton Road, just 4.4 miles south of C470 and Wadsworth Blvd.
