Colorado Public Radio/KCFR News is working on a story that may be of
interest to you and those who work in and with your organization.
We're reporting on the steps people have taken to "go green," as well as
steps they're not willing to take ... and why. Our news staff wants to
talk to as many Coloradans as possible on this subject, and we hope you'll
be willing to help us spread the word.
Please encourage your contacts to respond to our question about "going
green" at
http://www.publicradio.org/public_insight_network/forms/form_display.php?form_code=57f710d6a6fe
The question is part of KCFR's Public Insight Network an initiative that
takes us beyond our reporters' Rolodexes to add a variety of personal
experiences and voices to our coverage of Colorado issues. Participants
sign up online, either in response to a specific question, or to offer
their assistance as needed. Once they've signed up, we contact them
every so often -- never more than once a month -- with questions about the
news. (We've talked about T-REX and health care so far, and are currently
working on "going green" and the experiences of returning Iraqi veterans).
Seven hundred people have signed up since we launched the Network in
April. You can learn more about the Public Insight Network here:

Please consider joining the Public Insight Network, and sharing this
information with associates and friends. Thanks for helping to enrich
KCFR's Colorado news coverage.
Sincerely,
Erica Stull
VP, Community Outreach
PS: In case you were wondering
Public Insight contacts reside in a secure
"news only" database -- we'll never use it for fundraising or any other
kind of solicitation.
