[Douglbirds] Roughies are here; Harlan's too

We saw 22 raptors today on a Franktown loop drive along Castlewood Canyon 
Road, Lake Gulch Road, and SH 83 north to SH86.  

3 Rough-legged Hawks (all of them just north of Lake Gulch Rd near SH83)
1 Harlan's Hawk (near Winkler Ranch homestead)  
11 Red-tailed Hawks
2 Prairie Falcons
2 Northern Harriers
2 Cooper's Hawks
1 American Kestrel


I've also seen a Harlan's Hawk along SH86 by the Hidden Mesa Open Space, and 
we recently observed a Bald Eagle over Winkler Ranch and SE of the dam ruins 
at Castlewood;  have not seen a Golden Eagle in this area since the middle of 
November, however.
