[Douglbirds] Kinglets & Finches

A Ruby-crowned Kinglet is singing while snow flurries fall this afternoon.  
This is the usual first-appearance date; only in one or two years has a RCKI 
spent part of winter at my place.

Cassin's Finches have been among the most regular and frequent singers 
recently.  Members of that species are seldom here this late in April.  

After my hosting only a very few American Goldfinches this winter, several 
are here now and are in full breeding plumage.
