[Douglbirds] Bear activity

We live 3/4 mile west of Spruce Mountain Road on Fox Farm Road and have been having almost nightly bear activity for the last week. Also, we've seen several coyotes in broad daylight, so watch you little dogs if they are out in a fenced area during the day. After we started bringing in our bird feeders at night (after on rampage on a night in May while we were gone) we have not had any more problems. But neighbors have left dog and cat food in outbuildings, even in sealed containers and the bear still ripped the doors off the hinges and helped himself and then has been back several more nights. No pictures this year, but on all fours his back comes up to the door knob, so pretty good sized.
