tue10nov4:00 pmtue5:30 pmConservation: Bird Friendly Coffee & ChocolateConservation in Colorado Series, where you learn how bird conservation, coffee, and cacao are connected.

Event Details

Did you know that helping birds can be as simple as drinking a cup of coffee? It's true! Join Bird Conservancy of the Rockies to learn how bird conservation and coffee are connected and what it takes for a coffee to be certified as "bird friendly." Not a coffee connoisseur? Efforts are now underway to grow bird friendly cacao as well!

The Conservation in Colorado Lecture Series features guest speakers covering what the research is telling us and how we can take simple actions to help birds.

Presented by Sarah Doxon, Environmental Educator with Bird Conservancy of the Rockies. When not inspiring the next generation of bird nerds, Sarah can be found reading or exploring with her trusty adventure pup.

Registration closes at 2pm on November 10.

An email with meeting details will be sent prior to the event. Please add info@denveraudubon.org and suzy@denveraudubon.org to your contacts to ensure delivery. If you don't see the email within 45 minutes prior to program start time, check Junk/Spam folders, then contact Suzy at 303-949-3077.
