Harvest of All First Nations is excited to provide an opportunity in partnership with Denver Audubon for people to learn about the Indigenous world-views and Traditional Ecological Knowledge that can offer alternatives to certain perspectives which have been imposed on humans and the rest of the natural world by colonization and promoted through western culture. While these perspectives can be helpful in certain contexts, they can – and have – become harmful and damaging to our planet when imposed in contexts that are not appropriate. Come and share in an interactive experience that will further your understanding of the Natural World beyond the boundaries of conventional western ecological paradigms, and in the process, expand and deepen your relationship with all the communities of life.
