Spring Break Camp - Wetland Warriors

• PLEASE NOTE: You must register for this program (limit: 20 children) and complete the liability form when you register. Walk-up or impromptu participants will not be allowed. Other requirements are described below.

"Wetland Warriors" is a full-day spring break camp designed to inspire young adventurers to become stewards of the wetlands. Adventure through rivers, ponds, and wetlands – catching aquatic animals, exploring and building beaver dams, hiking trails, and visiting live wetland animals. Dive into games, science experiments, investigations, and an appreciation for Colorado wetlands at the Denver Audubon Kingery Nature Center at Chatfield State Park. Required equipment: daypack, hiking shoes, filled water bottles, sunscreen, insect spray, a hat, sunglasses.

This is a seven hour drop off program for children 7+, 9:00am to 4:00pm. Please dress warm, bring a refillable water bottle, and pack a lunch and a snack!
