Event Details

Why are hummingbirds iridescent? Why can bees see ultraviolet light? We will explore the role of color in nature through observation and art.  

Each Thursday this summer, from 9am-noon, we'll explore the ponds, forests, and meadows at the Nature Center with a new theme. Register for one class or for all of them! Ages 6-11. Please bring a snack, water bottle, clothes and shoes that can get wet/muddy, and dress to be outside. Please apply sunscreen before the class. Registration required.
