Virtual Backyard Birding By Ear

sat16jan9:30 amsat11:00 amVirtual Backyard Birding By EarGet to know your backyard birds through the sound of their Winter calls.

Event Details

Get to know your backyard birds through their calls! Winter birds may not be singing until spring, but there are a variety of calls, drums, chips, and chirps that they use to communicate. Join Audubon Master Birder Frank Coons and Community Outreach Coordinator Kate Hogan to explore some of our common backyard birds of the Front Range and the Foothills. This workshop will be a great basic introduction into techniques for birding by ear and is recommended for beginner to intermediate birders.

You will receive an email before the webinar with instructions for how to join. To avoid our email ending up in your junk/spam folder, please add emails from “@denveraudubon.org” to your approved list or add us to your contacts.
