Rocky Mountain Wildlife Alliance is a local wildlife hospital with the goal of rehabilitation. Their mission is to elevate the care and protection of wildlife by fostering a sense of community and collaboration through the Alliance. Wildlife Rehabilitation is the professional care of sick, injured, and diseased wildlife with the goal of releasing healthy members of the breeding population into their native habitat. Learn about what it takes to be a wildlife rehabilitator, why rehab is important, and the most common afflictions facing our local wildlife species. Have questions about baby birds and what to do if you come across one? This is the workshop for you! Workshop participants will also have the opportunity to meet a couple of wildlife rehab ambassadors and learn about their rehab journey. Proceeds from this workshop will benefit the wildlife patients at Rocky Mountain Wildlife Alliance.
