CANCELLED - Spring Birding at Belmar Park

Join us for a casual stroll around Kountze Lake at Belmar Park and experience the magic of spring birding. At this time of year we should see Double-crested Cormorants, Great Blue Herons, American Avocet, shorebirds, babies, and a variety of spring migrants. The lake is a level 1.8 mile easy walk. Bring binoculars if you have them. Beginning birders are welcome.

Meeting place: Belmar Park parking lot, just west of the office building at 801 S. Wadsworth, (Wadsworth and Ohio), in Lakewood.
