The Denver Audubon Community Naturalist Training is a one-of-a-kind adult training program highlighting the plants, animals, and ecosystems of the Colorado Front Range. Classes for the 2020-2021 winter season will consist of virtual workshops over ZOOM. Topics of study include geology, botany, ecology, mammals, birds, reptiles, amphibians, insects, fish, and conservation in Colorado.
Classes will be happening virtually every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from February 22 through March 12 from 9 am to 2:30 pm each day. Portions will be on ZOOM combined with longer breaks for exploration around one's local neighborhood or open space, or independent study/research assignments.
