Bird Banding Bonanza

This Habitats for Homeschoolers custom virtual bird banding experience is designed specifically for homeschool families. Students learn about being an ornithologist (bird scientist), bird migration, and the anatomy of eggs (appropriate for all ages) in partnership with Bird Conservancy of the Rockies. Join us for a discussion on the incredible migration journey of songbirds, as well as fascinating facts on nests and eggs. Leave the program feeling empowered to help birds during their migration journey! Supplemental at-home activities will be provided via email.
