Young Birders Trip to Belmar

We will be taking our time traveling roughly 1 mile along paved and gravel trails and boardwalks around Kountze Lake at Belmar Park. We hope to see some new arrivals of waterfowl like Green-winged Teal, Common and Hooded Merganser, and Ring-necked Duck, as well as a variety of our resident birds across this urban park's varied habitats.

Meeting Location: 777 S Yarrow St, Lakewood, CO 80226.

• Advance registration, including signing of the liability waiver, is required. Walk-up or impromptu participants will not be allowed.

• Cameras are permitted.

• This trip is accessible for those with mobility issues.
